As a New England-based company, we’ve historically found viable development opportunities and have been successful in resolving difficult development obstacles to make them happen. Our expertise in site selection, financing, land acquisition, permitting, design, construction and redevelopment has helped us build a portfolio of more than 75 shopping centers in all retail formats, including; malls, community centers, power centers, and lifestyle centers.
We look for locations along major highways that will extend our tenants’ reach to their customers. Then we work with our design professionals, tenants and the community to create exactly the right project for the location, taking into consideration the environmental concerns so important to us all.
