In addition, our variety of formats -- community centers, lifestyle centers and neighborhood centers -- can accommodate just about every location a tenant needs.
Because we hold our developments for years, even decades, we’re committed to placing the right tenants in the right locations for the long term. In addition, our tenants are assured of finding the highest quality construction and superior ongoing maintenance. We also reinvest in each project as needs warrant. In return, we charge fair rents and keep common charges as reasonable as possible.
