Dave’s Fresh Marketplace Opens at The Crossing at Smithfield

(November 4, 2009; Chestnut Hill, MA)--Dave’s Fresh Marketplace is now open at the Crossing at Smithfield in Smithfield, RI. The regional grocer moved into a 36,000 square foot space formerly occupied by Linens N’ Things. Dave’s Fresh Marketplace has established an outstanding reputation for quality products and superior customer service. This distinguished quality and service dates back to 1969 when Dave Cesario opened a small roadside fruit and vegetable stand originally called Dave’s Fruitland. Over the past 40 years Dave’s has grown into the largest independent grocery chain in Rhode Island.
