Citizens Bank Leases 50,000 sf Office Space at Legacy Place

(November 10, 2009; Chestnut Hill, MA)--WS Development announced that Citizens Bank has signed leases to occupy approximately 50,000 square feet of office and retail space at Legacy Place, the new 675,000 square foot shopping and entertainment destination located in Dedham, MA. Legacy Place will serve as a hub for Citizens’ Consumer & Business Banking, Consumer Finance and Marketing departments, with personnel relocating from Citizens’ operations in Norwood and Westwood, Mass. Citizens will also become the official financial services and banking sponsor at Legacy Place, and will open a 3,000 square foot banking branch and multiple ATMs on site.
