T.J. Maxx Joins Wareham Crossing

(December 4, 2009; Chestnut Hill, MA)--WS Development is pleased to announce that T.J. Maxx has signed a lease to join Wareham Crossing. T.J. Maxx will be located in a 25,000 square foot space formerly occupied by Linens N’ Things.
T.J. Maxx sells brand name family apparel, women’s shoes, and home fashions, differentiating itself with an expanded assortment of fine jewelry and accessories.
“T.J. Maxx adds another great retailer to the already strong lineup at Wareham Crossing,” said Mark Roberts, SVP Leasing, WS Development. “The deal also fills yet another of our few remaining Linens spaces available across the WS Development portfolio.”
Opened in 2007, Wareham Crossing is a 675,000 square foot open-air shopping destination located at the intersection of Routes 495 and 195 in Wareham, MA.
