Operations
Some companies consider operations and maintenance a chore. Not WS Development. Because we build our projects for the long term, keeping our centers in opening-day condition is a sacred bond we share with our shoppers and our tenants.
We aim to create an atmosphere that emphasizes each project’s individual personality, while keeping costs passed on to our tenants under strict control. The result is ongoing maintenance, often on an accelerated schedule. For example, we’re one of the few owners in the industry to replace shrubs and re-stripe our parking areas yearly to keep our centers as attractive as possible, whether they’re 25 days or 25 years old.
To accomplish this, we carefully select vendors who share our commitment to quality and cost-effectiveness. Some of our partners have been with us for more than a decade, and know our centers almost as well as we do.
We invest in operations every day to guarantee our shoppers’ and tenants’ safety and enjoyment, and to complement our communities.
