Wareham Crossing; Wareham, MA

Wareham Crossing – Wareham Crossing is an approximately 675,000sf open-air shopping destination offering more than 35 stores and restaurants. This property has been carefully and meticulously curated so that visitors can enjoy wide sidewalks, benches, and detailed landscaping. The center itself sits at the gateway to Cape Cod on Rt. 28 near the intersections of I495 and I195 which provide great access to customers traveling from many different directions. This power center is shopped from residents that live “over the bridge” in the Bourne and Falmouth area as those customers have become accustomed to making the short trip to Wareham for access to a tenant mix that doesn’t exist until you hit Hyannis. This center includes such retailers as Target, Lowe’s, L.L. Bean Outlet, Old Navy, Ulta and many more. Here we have a large, former fitness space with showers, locker room, and two subdivided studio rooms that can easily and cheaply be repurposed for a pop-up fitness studio.

The Landing at Hyannis; Hyannis, MA

Hyannis is known as the Capital of the Cape. This area has a thriving year round community that has only been enhanced by the demographic shifts occurring during the COVID pandemic, with more full time residents leaving other areas and seeking permanent residence on Cape. This property is at the beginning of a wonderful transition as it will be redeveloped into approximately 300,000sf of retail, dining, and public space. The Landing at Hyannis sits in a vital travel area with access via highway, plane via the Barnstable Municipal Airport, and via ferry’s operated by Hy-Line and The Steamship Authority. WS seeks to redevelop this asset via aesthetic and tenant changes to create a retail experience that doesn’t currently exist on the Cape.
