One Seaport

One Seaport, designed by Elkus Manfredi, comprises two city blocks situated on three acres at the gateway to the neighborhood, and includes 832 residential units in two towers (the Benjamin and the Via) above three stories of retail. The 1.1M-square-foot project, which opened in 2017, achieved LEED Silver certification and represents the highest concentration of retail space in Seaport. At the heart of the development, the One Seaport Courtyard serves as a pedestrian-friendly gathering space that's home to various community events and the iconic 'Boston is the New Boston' mural.
