One Boston Wharf is a 707,000-square-foot, 17-story mixed-use building designed by world-renowned Henning Larsen Architects of Copenhagen. In addition to 630,000 square feet of Class A office space, the building features ground-floor retail and a new performing arts center with two live performance venues totaling 700 seats. The building borders a 1.5-acre park at the epicenter of Harbor Way, a pedestrian-friendly artery connecting Summer Street to the water's edge, and stands as the largest net-zero carbon office building in Boston, achieving LEED Platinum certification.
