WS’s first West Coast acquisition, Montgomery Village, is a retail destination in the heart of Sonoma County, CA. Originally built in the 1950s, Montgomery Village has served as a gathering place for generations of Sonoma County families to shop, eat, relax and enjoy musical performances. Today, the open-air shopping center is home to an eclectic mix of local, regional, and national tenants, strollable sidewalks, and inviting courtyards.
