Station House prepares for its second center in Hyde Park Village

Station House, a hub for coworking, social and entertainment space will begin the final phase of Hyde Park Village’s nearly 300,000 square foot renovation project.

The beautification project began in 2015, and March 1 begins the final construction of Block H where Station House will cover 30,000 square feet of the top level of the two-story building.

Located across from the Vineyard Vines on the southside of Snow Ave, Station House Hyde Park will replicate its popular, communal coworking concept that has gained a following in St. Petersburg.

“Station House embodies everything we were hoping to bring to the Village,” said Samantha Perry David, chief operating officer at WS Development. “It will not only be a stunningly beautiful space but one which is full of energy and designed as a true hub for the community.”

The space is a prime location for networking offering shared office space, conference space, a variety of business services and special events, flexible memberships and in the future, retail and restaurant options as well.

“Station House is more than a business center, it is a lifestyle community that strives to enrich both the guest and member’s need for social interaction,” said founder Steve Gianfilippo.

“We chose Hyde Park Village because it reflects the personality, lifestyle and amenities our prospects will appreciate and enjoy.”

The goal of the project is to revitalize Hyde Park’s retail destination presence and have attracted tenants such as Sur la Table, bartaco, Kendra Scott, Paper Source, On Swann and Vineyard Vines.

In addition to Meat Market, a Miami steakhouse concept, Hyde Park is soon to announce additional first floor retailers that will join Station House in the new Snow Avenue building.

The project is set to be completed in the spring of 2019 and for more information about Station House contact info@stationhousestpete.com or visit stationhousestpete.com.
