Designed by Gensler, 111 Harbor Way is a 480,000-square-foot, LEED Gold certified, 17-story mixed-use building in Boston's Seaport. The first two stories (50,000 square feet total) are devoted to retail and restaurant uses, while the upper 15 floors feature 430,000 square feet of office space occupied by Amazon. The building's design emphasizes human-focused elements, including outdoor terraces on alternating floors and the Paseo, a street-level interior promenade anchored by a central amphitheater.
