Inspired by the historic warehouse buildings of the adjacent Fort Point Channel Landmark District, 350 Summer Street is designed by Morris Adjmi Architects of New York City. The 16-story building contains approximately 40,000 square feet of retail on its first and second floors and approximately 384,000 square feet of lab and office space on the upper floors. The project has achieved WiredScore Platinum certification and is expected to achieve LEED Gold certification.
