Designed by the renowed practice of Morris Adjmi Architects of New York City, 400 Summer Street is a 630,000 square feet, 16-story laboratory building. Located in Boston Seaport, the LEED Platinum certified building is home to Foundation Medicine, which occupies 600,000 square feet of laboratory and office space. The building will also host 30,000 square feet of neighborhood retail uses.

Adjacent to the Summer Street Steps, a gathering place and a welcoming pedestrian connection between Summer Street and Boston Harbor, 400 Summer Street marks a significant milestone in the transformation of Boston Seaport as a hub for life sciences and innovation.
