400 Summer Street is a 16-story laboratory building designed by the renowned practice of Morris Adjmi Architects of New York City. The 630,000-square foot LEED Platinum certified building is home to Foundation Medicine, which occupies 600,000 square feet of laboratory and office space. The building will also host 30,000 square feet of neighborhood retail uses. Located between 350 and 400 Summer Street, the Summer Street Steps connect Summer Street to Congress Street at the southern gateway of Harbor Way, leading to the edge of Boston Harbor.
