One Seaport

One Seaport, designed by Elkus Manfredi, is comprised of two city blocks, situated on three acres at the gateway to the neighborhood. The project consists of 832 residential units in two towers (the Benjamin and the Via), above three stories of retail and below-grade parking. The 1.1M square foot project, which opened in 2017, was one of Boston’s largest mixed-use developments in decades and achieved a LEED Silver certification. One Seaport represents the highest concentration of retail space in the Seaport, offering a robust shopping, dining, fitness and entertainment experiences on the first three floors of the project. Centrally located between each tower is the One Seaport Courtyard, a pedestrian friendly gathering space for neighborhood residents and visitors alike, which hosts the iconic “Boston is the New Boston” mural and numerous community events.
